All Signority plans include a set number of document packages, which can be adjusted based on your organization’s needs. The number of documents available depends on whether you are on a monthly or yearly plan.
If you exceed your allotted amount, overage fees will apply.

Overage Fees
Your overage fee depends on what plan you are on and charges are applied once you exceed your document limit. You can see a breakdown of our overage fees on our Plans & Pricing page

If you were on the annual Advanced Team plan

Your plan includes 120 documents annually

You send 125 documents during the year

The additional 5 documents are charged as overage

How to Avoid Overage Fees
Signority provides tools to help you manage your usage:

Enable Usage Alerts: Receive an alert when your account reaches a chosen percentage of your document limit. Default is 80%.

Upgrade Your Plan: Increase your document package at any time at a prorated amount.
