Notification settings control the emails Signority sends to document senders and recipients throughout the signing process. Defaults are set at the Global or Team level and can be adjusted in your Profile Settings unless locked by an administrator.
Reminder Emails
Send reminder emails
Automatically sends follow-up emails to recipients who have not yet signed. When enabled, configure the frequency and limit below.
Reminder frequency
How often reminder emails are sent to unsigned recipients (e.g. every 2 days).
Reminder limit
The maximum number of reminder emails sent per document. Once the limit is reached, reminders stop regardless of whether the document has been signed.
Recipient Notifications
Send invitation email to recipients
Sends each recipient an individual invitation email when a document is sent out for signing.
Notify sender when a recipient views a document
Sends the document sender an email when a recipient opens the document.
Notify sender when a recipient signs a document
Sends the document sender an email each time a recipient completes their signature.
Expiration Notifications
Document expiration timeframe
Sets the number of days before an unsigned document automatically expires after being sent.
Expiration alert lead time
How many days before expiration the sender receives a warning email.
Send expiration email to sender when a document expires
Sends the document sender an email immediately after a document expires unsigned.
Finalized Document Notification
When all signatures are collected, Signority can notify both the sender and recipients. Configure each separately.

Email copies & billing notifications
Send a copy of all notifications to another email address
Forwards a copy of every Signority notification email to a specified address. Useful for record-keeping or shared inboxes.
Send invoices and overage notifications to additional addresses (Billing Admin Only)
Adds up to 20 email addresses (separated by commas) to receive billing invoices and usage overage alerts. Available in Global settings only.
