Uploading files is a key step in preparing your document. Once you start a document or template, you add the files from your device you want your recipients to review and sign electronically. Depending on your needs, you can upload new files, remove files, upload PDFs with anchor text, or import a PDF that already contain form fields.
Supported File Formats
Signority supports a variety of common file types, including: .pdf, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .word, .docx, and more.
Once a document is completed, all files are automatically converted into a PDF. By default, documents are merged into a single standard PDF; however, you can customize your preferred output format in your settings.
