Each Signority subscription plan includes a specific Document Size Limit, which refers to the total size of the document package you send for signing.
Individual Plan
For Individual plans, the limit applies to a single document file. This means:

You can upload one document per package.

The file size must not exceed 5 MB.
Team Plans
Team plans allow you to include multiple documents in a single document package. In this case:

You can upload as many documents as needed.

The combined size of all documents in the package must not exceed your plan’s Document Size Limit.
Examples:

On the Standard Team plan, you can:

Upload one document up to 10 MB, or
-
Upload multiple documents, as long as their combined size does not exceed 10 MB.

On Advanced and Custom Team plans, the total size limit increases to 50 MB.
Important Notes

Document Size Limits are strict and cannot be exceeded.

If your documents exceed your current plan’s limit, you will need to upgrade your subscription to send larger document packages.
Note: Any document over 10MB may experience a delay in the document processing time. This means that once you arrive at the Document Editor Page you may see the document listed on the right - but it will not be visible yet. Do not worry - this only means that it is still processing in the background, please wait 3-5 minutes (depending on how large the file is) and either refresh your page or click to Edit documents in the top left and then select Cancel.
